We’re the evolution of SnagR – a trusted name since 2007. Over 18 years, our software has supported more than 95,000 projects for 100+ organisations worldwide. Today, RDrive represents the next generation: more scalable, more flexible, and more integrated.

Our journey and leadership
Our journey started in 2007 with SnagR – one of the first field-based tools to tackle quality and issue tracking in construction. Since then, we’ve expanded globally, with offices in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, and Australia, and trusted partners across Asia, Africa and Latin America.
In 2016, we made the decision to start again. Taking everything we’d learned from a decade of client feedback, system architecture and UI design, we built RDrive – a more powerful, flexible platform for the future of field digitalisation.
We remain proudly independent and founder-led. Our leadership team includes CEO Nick Henderson, CTO Mark Henderson and CCO James Henderson – a team with deep industry expertise, a product-first mindset, and a shared commitment to creating real value for the clients we serve.
